During her time at ORC Worldwide, Inc. Geri-Ann Ranson led the initiative of creating industry specific pre-post production action plans as training and management tools for client service and data analyst teams. She was responsible for generating strategies that lead to the successful implementation of change initiatives in survey operations policies and data management work re-designs. She collaborated with sponsors and design teams to integrate new capabilities in alignment with vision established by the organization. She responsibly handled the tasks of overseeing the development and operation of change management methodologies and procedures to guide the adoption process.
Her certifications include Organization and People Change Management, International Institute for Learning, certified 2013; Work-Life Certified Professional WLCP, World At Work Society of Certified Professionals, certified 2013; Certified Associate of Project Management CAPM, USC Marshall School of Business/International Institute of Learning, certified 2012; and Kerzner Approach to Project Management, Project Management Institute, certified 2011. She has completed all preliminary class hours and course requirements from 2012-2013 and confirmed to sit for her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification in Fall ‘2014. This certification is presented by Project Management Institute, the highest recognized industry standard for project and programme managers. She is currently finalizing dual certifications-Foundation and Practitioner of Managing Successful Programmes – Best Management Practices. Ms. Ranson is on track and scheduled for exams in Spring 2014.
